Knockout Fitness is the BEST! The workouts incorporate cardio, strength, and HIIT into a variety of different classes. I love that I can get a full body workout that burns over 800 calories each time I go. The high energy music and instructors make the classes FUN and interactive. My favorite part about Knockout Fitness is their supportive community of amazing members. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging!

I didn’t know if I could do this… first work out was hard but second time it got better and each workout gets better. This is so much better then working out at a boring gym and expensive personal trainer. You get all the benefits of a fat burning workout, proper nutrition, caring coaches for an awesome motivating weight loss program. I finished week 6 challenge and I lost 17 pounds. Every other day I see another pound gone. I am so happy I joined this family. I know I will reach my goal and it will be so much easier here! Thank you Knockout Fitness for all the encouragement and love from the coaches!
Incredible group classes that push you to your limits and keep you motivated. I can’t say enough about the Knockout Fitness coaching staff. Highly recommended! Knockout Fitness is the only general public fitness gym I’ve seen with authentic martial arts culture and techniques. It is also very clean! The coaches disinfect everything between all classes, there’s a professional cleaner that comes in every night, and they have a superb air filtration system so members can have peace of mind! Fitness, community, and real results. Beyond regular kickboxing classes, there’s an inbody machine that is accessible with membership, nutrition options, and a full support and accountability team.

I just completed my 6 week challenge, and I am amazed at the results. My dear friend invited me to try it out. I am so glad I did. The staff is friendly and know you personally by name. The coaches motivate you and help you to be the very best version of you. I never attempted kickboxing before, but I absolutely LOVE it. I may not be the strongest, but I show up and try my best. I am now down 12lbs and 6% body fat. I’m happy with those results. Big shout out to Coach Kat for guiding me through the journey.
I love this gym! Great coaches, positive atmosphere and awesome, clean facilities. I do the adult kickboxing, and signed my son up for their karate intro. Great kids program, and I love that they have a focus on respect/integrity/etc. Very glad we found this place!

The personalized nutrition plan is excellent. The classes are challenging but fun. The gym and equipment are modern and clean. And I love using the InBody app to get a better understanding of my progress because it’s not just about weight loss. It’s about getting stronger.
But what really sets this place apart from any other is the staff. Everyone from the owner, the coaches and reception desk are absolutely amazing. They’re friendly, supportive and encouraging. They meet you where you are and help you do just a little more each day to change into the person you want to be.
For me, that was getting back to an active lifestyle. Sure, I’ve lost weight and feel happier since joining. But the most important part of my time at Knockout Fitness is that they’ve helped helped me remember who I am. I feel stronger, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. My confidence is back, I feel like myself again and I’m so grateful for that.

It had been years since I attempted kickboxing & so very glad I decided to participate in the Knockout 6 week challenge! It did all the following: got me in better shape, formed new friendships, taught me better eating habits & got me feeling better about myself. I am one of the very first members of knockout fitness. Actually, I started kickboxing classes with Mike Friedman 5 years ago, before knockout fitness even had a name. I immediately loved the classes and formed close friendships with other members. I am still friends with a lot of them now and we still meet to kickbox together! Kickboxing is FUN! These classes are high energy and kick your butt! You walk out feeling like you can accomplish anything that comes at you. In fact, I loved the classes and my coaches so much that I became a coach about 3 years ago! Let me say, I love my job and everyone that I work with. I have never worked with a more dedicated group of people. The coaches are dedicated, educated, and here for the members 24/7. I could not be more proud to be part of this family.
Can’t say enough great things about this gym! The workouts are great and always changing. The staff and coaches are super motivating and encouraging. Love, love, love coming here!!
Knockout Fitness is amazing! The coaches care about your personal goals and progress. I’m not a morning person, but the 9:30am class motivates me to get moving and ready for the day. I’ve lost 25lbs during my 6 week transformation challenge and I feel wonderful. The people are great and come for the same reason… to get healthy and have fun! It’s hard work, but if you trust the process and put in the work, you will see the results. My coach sent me a postcard with some encouraging words. It’s a small gesture, but speaks to their commitment to helping me succeed!!
I LOVE this place!! The trainers are very personable and motivating! If they see you’re struggling on a move they help you get it right! You aren’t just a number, they know and call you by your name. An hour flies by in this fast paced kickboxing class and you feel healthier and happier every time you walk out the door!! Awesome team!

I worked Front Desk for Mike Friedman at Knockout Fitness at his new Lake Mary location in 2018. Mike and the team are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They are very understanding, helpful, insightful, and knowledgeable in their fields. I honestly enjoyed waking up and going to work every morning, and I looked forward to interacting with the team and members. I gained a lot of knowledge and skills while working there, that will be useful in my future career path. Christen Daniels is an amazing, motivating coach! I signed up for the free 21 day challenge and due to coach Christen’s professionalism ended up staying for 3 months and making it to my goal weight!
Christen introduced me to MyFitnessPal which is an AMAZING app! She also explained Macros and the importance of planning and prepping your meals. Thankfully I found Plan to Nourish that explained how to plan and prep meals efficiently. The MyFitnessPal app also had useful tips on this. Coach Christen designed useful workout plans which were easy to follow and accomplish at home with few supplies. Give the program a try because it is worthwhile if you are motivated to learn and try new things.
What a great 6 weeks!!
Not only did I lose pounds, inches and body fat but my blood pressure improved, my mobility improved and I was supported like mad!!
All the coaches take sincere interest in your progress and each one is there to help you along the way.
I took classes from 4 coaches (Rhonda, Kat, Lee & Michael) and every class was a little different.
The best part was watching everyone attack it from their level and when I saw others who were further along than I was, it motivated me to be better!
The food plan really guided me down the right path of eating proportionately and the right foods.
Looking forward to the next 6 weeks as I crush my goal for 2020!

Hey Guys! My name is Vartika Gupta and I recently completed the six-week challenge at Knockout Fitness. I want to begin sharing my experience by sharing how awesome this challenge is. It is holistic in nature as not only you get to learn a new skill (kickboxing for me!), but do intensive workouts as often as you like and along with that you get guidance on how to eat right (which was the toughest part to figure out for me earlier). After the initial couple weeks, my body got used to exercising, so the soreness went away and the workouts have definitely helped increase my endurance and strength. I was able to do partial pushups, which I could not attempt earlier. My eating has become much better and though it is tough with dedication and determination you can achieve this too. To be honest I could not follow it 100% to the T but still I am proud to be able to lose 3% body fat with this challenge.
The classes are amazing, every class different and the coaches push you to try harder. Thanks to all the coaches but I’d like to give a shout out to coach Kat- she was amazing, her classes always fun and she really guided me every step of the way to improve and make better choices. You learn about meal prepping- so I started making a schedule ahead of the week to plan my meals and shop accordingly and maintained a diary to record all that I was eating and amount of water I was drinking.

I definitely recommend this to anyone whatever your goals maybe- the side effects of this are feeling great and energetic all day long! I am continuing to get stronger, improve my eating and reaching my personal goals.

As a member of Knockout Fitness for almost two years, I can tell you with absolute certainty that kickboxing classes are a sure fire way to achieve your fitness goals! Even if you have never thrown a jab, cross, or hook you will have a blast learning these moves. The vibe at Knockout Fitness is ahhhmazing, too! From the moment you walk through the front door, the super- knowledgeable instructors, wickedly cool music, and top- notch facility will have you on cloud nine! So, whether you are trying to improve overall health or achieve the body of your dreams, Knockout Fitness will bring you to your goals!
This was one of the best martial arts experiences I’ve had outside of my home style and school. I’ve had about 10 years of martial arts experience where I was also a co instructor. My school however has since shut down, and I’ve been out of practice for almost another 10 years. With that being said, this place has a lot of great talent and good things going for it.
They have a generous trial period, where the sense of them trying to sell you on their “product” is non-existent. Mr. Friedman purely wants you to feel at home in his dojo, and his instructors and staff do an excellent job at making sure you feel it. One of the things that I treasured from my home school was that each individual and small movement was explained, and had a reason for doing it. While it might be a different style, the instructors are masters at teaching, and explain each step.
To keep myself from writing a book, as I’ve got nothing but excellent things to say about Mr. Friendman’s school, I’ll give some pros:
. Very knowledgeable instructors
. Excellent programs for any age and fitness/self defense goal.
. Large floor size to keep distance during COVID, and for demonstrating techniques as needed.
. Class energy was very relaxed, but professional and respectful.
Honestly if you’re even remotely thinking about taking up a martial art or just wanting to get into shape, just do it. You won’t regret giving them a shot.
I absolutely love this place and cannot recommend it highly enough. You get really extreme body workout but also such individual attention. The coaches get to know each and every member by name and are very tuned in to any special modifications a member may need during a workout. These workouts are not only serious fat burners, but if you’re after some muscle and definition, it’s just …. wow! I started to feel results two weeks in and my husband and friends could see the difference in muscle tone.
I’m a runner and have noticed improvements in my training that can only be down to the workouts I’m getting at Knockout. My strength has improved and my VO2 max is also up.
The coaches are all fantastic, Mike takes care of everyone and you just know you’re welcome whenever you step in the door and missed when you can’t make it.
If you’re close enough to get here, it’s a great place to get a really solid workout, make some friends and enjoy challenging yourself. It’s very addictive 😀
I truly love it here at Knockout Fitness. The coaching team and entire crew are one of a kind. No matter the situation they are always eager, willing, and ready to give a helping hand or some much needed encouragement on a tough day. Honestly though, Its tough to put into words a place that has changed my life forever the better. I joined as a member over a year ago with my then fiancé, now my wife :). Just really looking for a different workout to get ready for the wedding. What we got was definitely closer to a family. Not only did we get into shape for our wedding (which was awesome!) We also had strengthened our mind and resolve for the ups and downs of life that happened along our journey. So in short 😉 , if you want a killer workout awesome coaches helping you every step of the way and an awesome community, go to Knockout Fitness and tell them Erv sent you!
